TERMS OF USE
A little clarity before you begin.
These pilot terms govern use of Bodilo. Read them before creating your account.
Who can use Bodilo
You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. Use your own email and authentication account. One Bodilo account is permitted per normalized email address. Keep your sign-in access secure and do not share your account.
Your journal belongs to you
You retain rights to your photos and other content. You give Bodilo permission to store, resize, display, back up, and share that content only as needed to provide the features you choose. You must have the right to upload each image and permission from any other person shown.
Responsible use
Do not upload unlawful content, non-consensual intimate images, images of children, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not harass people, probe other users’ accounts, disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass access controls. Accounts or content may be restricted when necessary to address abuse or a legal obligation.
Sharing
You decide whether to make a snapshot accessible through a share link. Anyone holding a link can view or forward it. Carefully review your selection before sharing. Expiry and revocation disable the link but cannot recall copies already saved by a viewer.
A journal, not medical care
Bodilo records information you enter and displays changes over time. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or determine whether a weight or body change is healthy. Speak with a qualified clinician for personal medical advice.
Pilot availability
This version is an evolving pilot. Features, limits, and availability may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. Export backups of content you want to keep. There are no subscriptions or charges in this pilot. Any future paid service will require separate pricing and terms before purchase.
Closing your account
You can export your journal and close your Bodilo account from account settings. Closing it removes active account content and owned shares. It removes your Bodilo email/password profile and revokes its Apple connection. Your external Apple or ChatGPT account stays open. Content retained by recipients or provider-managed backups may not be immediately recoverable or deletable by Bodilo.
Limits and applicable rights
The pilot is offered as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or a particular fitness outcome. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from interruptions, inaccurate user-entered information, or recipients’ use of shared content. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and questions
